Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items back in their original packaging with all ENZO tags attached, ensuring the denim is folded neatly to prevent permanent creasing.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Wait for Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 3-5 business days.
